How RE: Svante Trade-In Works
Simply use our trade-in service to select the items you want to trade-in. Post your items to us and once received, we’ll send you a credit to use on a future purchase.
We buy back any branded items that are clean, undamaged, and unmodified, regardless of age or where it was originally purchased. Labels must be intact.
We accept all branded items. ALL labels must be intact.
We do not accept:
- Damaged items with stains, rips or holes.
- Socks, Underwear or Swimwear.
- Items with tags missing or removed.
- Please note. We cannot offer credit for damaged items unwashed or non-accepted items.
We accept other brands, offering a single credit for these items.
When placing your trade-in order, please select ‘Other Brands’ to register these items.
All items will be hand checked when received, and if possible, refurbished for resale.
Any items that are not resellable will be repurposed or recycled through our partners.
Items that don’t meet our trade-in criteria will be repurposed or recycled.
We will not issue trade-in credit for these items.

Your trade-in will be valued at £10 flat rate.

We aim to process all trade-ins within 5 working days of receiving them. Once we’ve processed your trade-in, your credit will be issued immediately via email
Your trade-in credit can only be used in a single transaction.
Credits are valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
There will be no change given on a trade-in voucher.
Trade-ins are currently only accepted within the UK.
We love extending reusing, recycling and extending the life cycle of kids clothes that might end up in landfill.

A maximum of 5 items per trade in.
Shipping is free. Once you've registered your items, you’ll receive a free tracked shipping label.
Hang tight, it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your voucher after we get your trade-in parcel.
If it’s been a while, check your tracking info and your junk folder (just in case we’re hiding in there).

Impact of Textile Waste
The fashion industry produces over 92 million tonnes of textile waste annually; this equates to a rubbish truck full of clothes being discarded every second. Most of this ends up in landfill.
Landfill Accumulation: Children's clothing represents 12% of the market, that's 11 millions tonnes of waste per year, most of it ends in landfill after only a few months.
Resource-Intensive Production: Producing a single cotton T-shirt requires approximately 700 gallons (2,700 litres) of water. This could fill 18 bath tubs of water.
