RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please note: return shipping costs are paid for by the customer. For faulty or damaged items, Svante will cover return costs please contact us first at hello@svantestudio.com.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply log into your account at svantestudio.com/account, find your order, and request a return. Tell us which items you'd like to return and why. Once your return is approved, you'll receive your returns address and instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
You'll need to arrange your own return shipping using Royal Mail, DPD, or any carrier of your choice. Simply pack your items securely and drop them off at your local Post Office or carrier drop-off point. Please keep your tracking receipt as proof of postage.

🌍 International Customers (including USA): You are responsible for all return shipping costs back to the UK. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please mark any customs labels as "Returned Goods" to avoid import charges.
Items sent back without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted. Please make sure you follow the returns process.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order please inspect and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalised products and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition received — unworn, with tags, in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
