UK Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, and express shipping can be next day if ordered before 12pm.

Yep! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. To track your parcel use our Track My Order Page so you can follow its journey in real-time. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@svantestudio.com
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Don't worry, mistakes happen. If you are based in UK or EU, you have up to 30 minutes before despatch to change your address. Go through the DPD App and you can change the address yourself.
USA: You'll need to provide 24 hours notice address changes in the US, again go through the DPD App and you can update the address yourself.

We've all done it...ordered multiple sizes and sent the rest back... guilty! 🙋♂️
At Svante, we think about the environmental impact of every decision, especially returns.
Did you know that e-commerce returns generate over 24 million tonnes of carbon emissions every year? That’s the equivalent of 5.1 million cars on the road, all from those innocent little returns!
To help reduce unnecessary returns and their impact on the planet, we apply a standard return charge. But don’t worry you won’t have to pay anything upfront. Instead, the cost will simply be deducted from your refund, ensuring a fair and conscious approach to returns.
By making more mindful choices, we can all play a part in reducing waste, lowering emissions, and moving toward a more sustainable future.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your Svante gear and be 100% happy. If there is an issue, you can easily return your unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns postage cost will be deducted from any refunds due.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- Visit our Returns Portal Page.
- Enter your order details and select a return or exchange.
- Follow the instructions to send your item back. You can print the label or download a QR code.
- Head around to your nearest drop off point, either get them to scan your QR code or just drop your parcel off with the printed label...Job done!
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we’ve got you covered.
Email us at hello@svantestudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and the Svante Squad will get it sorted.

DO SVANTE CLOTHES FIT TO SIZE?
They sure do! Our pieces are designed to fit true to size, but if you’re between sizes and prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
No worries! If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you can exchange it hassle-free. Just visit our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase

All Svante garments are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, but as with all natural fabrics, a slight change (around 5%) may occur after the first wash.

To keep your Svante pieces looking and feeling their best, follow these simple care instructions:
✔ Wash Cold – Use cold water (30°C max) to protect the fabric and reduce energy use.
✔ Use Gentle Detergents – Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or fabric softeners.
✔ Wash Inside Out – This helps maintain colour and fabric integrity.
✔ Air Dry Whenever Possible - Line drying is best for the planet and your clothes.
✔ Low Heat Ironing – If needed, use a low-temperature setting to avoid damage.

CAN I MACHINE DRY SVANTE CLOTHING?

DO I NEED TO WASH MY CLOTHES BEFORE WEARING THEM?
Nope! All Svante garments are free from toxic chemicals and synthetic coatings, so they’re ready to wear straight out of the package.

We’ve made it easy to keep clothes off landfill and on kids.
