How long does delivery take?
Every order ships from the UK. Order before 1pm UK time on a working day and it goes out the same day.
UK: 1-3 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £100.
US: Priority delivery in 4-12 days. Delivery is free on orders over $250.
Everywhere else: we ship worldwide. You'll see the delivery options, cost and times for your country at checkout.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also track it on our Track My Order page. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or write to us at hello@svantestudio.com.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Email hello@svantestudio.com with your order number and the right address as soon as you can. If the parcel has already left, you can change the delivery address through the courier's app using the tracking link we sent you.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check its progress on our Track My Order page. Still no joy? Email hello@svantestudio.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Svante kit. If something isn't right, you can return unworn and unwashed items with their tags on within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
Return postage is at your cost.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can start a return from your account:
- Click the account icon at the top of our site and enter the email address you ordered with.
- Enter the six-digit code we email you. You don't need a password.
- Open the order you want to return and click Return items.
- Choose the items and a reason, then submit your request.
You'll get an email confirming your request. We review every request and send you the next steps, so it isn't an automatic refund.
Or email hello@svantestudio.com with your order number and the items you'd like to send back, and tell us if you'd like a refund or a different size.
Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund or exchange within 10 working days.
Why do returns matter to us?
E-commerce returns create millions of tonnes of carbon emissions every year. Our size guide and fit notes are there to help you get the right size first time, so fewer parcels travel twice.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we’ve got you covered.

DO SVANTE CLOTHES FIT TO SIZE?
They sure do! Our pieces are designed to fit true to size, but if you’re between sizes and prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
No worries. If your item doesn't fit quite right, email hello@svantestudio.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it for another size.
DO SVANTE CLOTHES SHRINK AFTER WASHING?
All Svante garments are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, but as with all natural fabrics, a slight change (around 5%) may occur after the first wash.

To keep your Svante pieces looking and feeling their best, follow these simple care instructions:
✔ Wash Cold – Use cold water (30°C max) to protect the fabric and reduce energy use.
✔ Use Gentle Detergents – Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or fabric softeners.
✔ Wash Inside Out – This helps maintain colour and fabric integrity.
✔ Air Dry Whenever Possible - Line drying is best for the planet and your clothes.
✔ Low Heat Ironing – If needed, use a low-temperature setting to avoid damage.

CAN I MACHINE DRY SVANTE CLOTHING?
We recommend air drying to preserve the fabric’s longevity and reduce energy waste. If using a tumble dryer, choose a low-heat setting to prevent shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.
DO I NEED TO WASH MY CLOTHES BEFORE WEARING THEM?
Nope! All Svante garments are free from toxic chemicals and synthetic coatings, so they’re ready to wear straight out of the package.
