SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK & US Shipping

We ship all UK orders using Shopify's discounted shipping rates. US Orders are shipped with Royal Mail (or other preferred quality providers).

Express or Priority: 1-3 business days UK / 4-12 Business days US
Tracking: Full tracking provided for all orders

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Royal Mail or DPD. Please note that international delivery times vary by destination:

Europe (EU): 2 -12 business days
Rest of World: 2 -21 business days

International orders are subject to customs clearance which may cause delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

US order pricing includes all taxes and duties. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@svantestudio.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
